Organic Intelligence® offers a trauma safe, somewhat counter-intuitive, research-based approach: we work directly with human neurophysiology in ways that support its innate impulse for healing and growth. Through careful attunement, developmental sequencing, reduced intensity, and orientation, OI coaches recognise and reflect the system’s subtle signals of healing - the small, meaningful shifts emerging beneath conscious awareness. When reflected in ways the system can integrate, these signals support stabilisation, increased capacity, and a steady, sustainable movement in the direction of post-trauma growth, emerging in its own time and way.
