Its focus is on learning through developing awareness.  There are two aspects of Feldenkrais, Group Classes, called Awareness Through Movement and individual hands-on lessons which are called Functional Integration.

4 Week Course

Beginner's Series

If your new here and want to understand more about Feldenkrais as a way of enhancing your learning then I recommend doing the beginners series.  A key principle in Feldenkrais is to work within your comfort range so you can dive into any lesson that you are curious about. Each course is 4 weeks long and begins at the start of each month. Choose between a morning or evening lesson for the duration of your course. 

4 Week Course

Expanding Horizons

For people who have done the beginners series or have some experience of Awareness Through Movement Lessons or anyone who is curious about doing a more advanced lesson.  Each course is 4 weeks long and begins at the start of each month. Choose between a morning or evening lesson for the duration of your course. 

Immerse Yourself

Monthly workshops a chance to immerse yourself in Feldenkrais for half a day (3 hours) a great way to supplement weekly classes or try out Awareness Through Movement for the first time.

Rise and Shine 

 The perfect way to start your day. Waking you up to yourself through gradual small movements building up at your own pace. 7 - 8 am and suitable for all

Lazy Sunday Morning 

Fortnightly lessons allowing you plenty of time to have a Sunday lie in.  All welcome, no experience necessary. 

Easing into Evening

A bridge between work and leisure time, the early evening lesson

Taking part during a Feldenkrais session was an experience which has led me to have newly found habits embedded into my everyday life. Before my session I never truly experienced and appreciated the benefits of stillness and the effects of how a tired body or mind can affect your everyday life. How to Book a Lesson

  1. Click on the Month at the top of Booking Page e.g May

  2. Make your selection of class, course or workshop

  3. Click on Book Online Now tab

  4. There will be one date with a time underneath highlighted in bold – Click on the time e.g. 1.00pm

  5. Read summary box with Details of your purchase, Read cancellation policy below the Next tab, If you are happy with this, Click Next

  6. Complete: Add your Info Section

  7. If you have a Coupon Code enter details in: Enter a Coupon Code

  8. Complete payment info section – you can choose to Enter your Card Details or pay with PayPal

  9. Click Pay Now

  10. You will receive a confirmation email including a zoom link and Helpful Hints for lessons.
